The position will be responsible for program management, program development, staff oversight, and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Addiction Recovery Services. The position collaborates with Executive and County Leadership to ensure Addiction Recovery Services are financially viable, clinically sound, outcome driven, and strategically recognized as a leading service model in the state and national arenas.
Responsibilities:
Education: Master's degree or higher in a human services and/or addiction field.
Certificate or Professional License: Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years providing clinical services, with administrative/leadership experience preferred.
