The position will be responsible for program management, program development, staff oversight, and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Addiction Recovery Services.  The position collaborates with Executive and County Leadership to ensure Addiction Recovery Services are financially viable, clinically sound, outcome driven, and strategically recognized as a leading service model in the state and national arenas.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Addiction Recovery Services 
• Develop and implement new Addiction Recovery Services programs 
• Assure that Evidenced Based practices are implemented in all addiction programming.
• Implement Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and manage staff who facilitate MRT in all locations, including the anger management and teen MRT programs.
• Implement Matrix Model and manage staff who facilitate Matrix Model in all locations.
• Have understanding of DMHA standards as it pertains to Addiction Services, and assure that Bowen remains compliant with those standards.
• Provide clinical supervision of Addiction Recovery Services Staff, as needed, in compliance with Bowen/State/Federal policies.
• Train Addiction Recovery Staff and other staff, as needed, on SAMSHA and Bowen approved Evidenced Based Practices as it relates to Addiction’s Treatment, including Matrix program, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.
• Meet with local county teams, monthly or as needed, to assure adequate communication and to assure community needs are being met.
•  Meet with/communicate with community referrals to assure needs are being met.
• Be available to answer questions that arise in offices or in the community, as it pertains to Bowen Center Addiction Recovery Services.
