These providers are responsible for providing case management and skill building services to an assigned caseload. As a Skills Coach/Technician, you will have the flexibility to provide services in the community, schools, and in clients’ homes. Your caseload may consist of approximately 6-8 child/adolescent or adult patients depending on the location and need. Providers in these roles assist patients with psycho-social skills building practices identified in the clients’ treatment plan. Skills building includes evidence based coping strategies, social skills, developmental life skills and executive functioning skills.

 

Here at Bowen we have the flexibility to provide 2nd shift opportunities for our staff! This can range from 11am - 7 or 8pm. This works perfectly for students who have morning classes and those who have a desire to start later in the day!

Job Requirements

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must meet at least one of the following educational requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Associate’s Degree
    • 60 undergraduate college credits
    • High school diploma/GED with 5 years related experience
