Job Description



Responsible for supervision of Client Services Specialists and the daily operation of the county business office.  Duties are performed on site during normal business hours.


Demonstrate ability to staff work area so employees can complete responsibilities.

  • Provide financial counseling to clients as needed.
  • Participate as member of the Data Flow Team.
  • Direct client concerns to the appropriate staff member.
  • Counsel clients as to their insurance benefits and pre-certification requirements.
  • Supervise cash receipts and deposit preparation.
  • Conduct training, orientation and educational programs for department, and other Center staff as requested
  • Assure client records are securely stored and are supervised during business hours.

Job Requirements

•  Education:  High school diploma.

•  Training/Experience:  Minimum one (1) year in an office setting, preferably with healthcare and supervisory experience; computer experience, including word processing and spreadsheets; excellent verbal, written, math skills required.
