Job Description

The Digital Training Specialist provides the day-to-day administrative support for the digital training needs of the center. This person will be responsible for the transfer of all training materials into digital format, working closely with our Learning Management System (LMS) and authoring tools. The person in this role will ensure that all current and future training content is available to employees via the LMS with highest priority to those required by Bowen Policy, Joint Commission, CMS, FSSA, DMHA, and DCS. Another responsibility will be ensuring that electronic files are kept up to date and organized. The ideal person for this role will have strong customer service skills as well as technical skills necessary to design training content and operate the LMS functionality.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Associates Degree or 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.

 

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in office environment. Human Resources, Training or technical experience is preferred, with Digital Content Creation and application support experience, or the ability to learn it, being strongly preferred.
