Responsible for assisting the nurse in preparing charts for medication clinics, managing flow of clients, and assisting with telephone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain all necessary Ht/Wt.s, Blood Pressure, pulse readings
- Prepare charts for nurse review for medication clinics
- Maintain equipment check off documentation
- Facilitate Patient Medication Assistance process
- Ensure Patient Medication education copies available for nurse to review with client
- Assisting with the Prior Authorization of medications.
- Assist nurse with telephone calls, retrieving all information necessary for nurse to address.
