Job Description

As a Skills Coach/Technician you will work primarily within the Bowen Center's Russell House as a Transitional Living facility for Seriously Mentally Ill adults. Skills Technicians will be advocating, teaching, demonstrating, monitoring, and/or role modeling new, appropriate skills in an effort to build self-sufficiency for clients. Mental Health Technicians may be responsible for transporting clients for appointments and other activities that enhance community access.

Shifts available:

2nd shift 3p-11p Tuesday-Saturday.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must meet at least one of the following educational requirements:
    • Associates Degree
    • 60 undergraduate college credits
    • High school diploma/GED with 5 years related experience
