Job Description

To provide fiscal support services.  Duties are performed on site during normal business hours.

This role is responsible for for the following listed below and may perform related tasks not listed below:

  • Review cash reports from county offices for accuracy, correct as necessary
  • Enter into excel county cash spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile, print, and distribute year-end 1099 forms.
  • Complete all reports and special projects assigned by the Vice President of Financial Services, Accounting Manager, or Accounting Director.
  • Provide backup for the Accounts Payable Specialist in his/her absence.
  • Provide backup for the Accounting Specialist in his/her absence.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum of Associates degree in Accounting or 2-3 years of Accounting experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. 

Training/Experience: Experience in Accounts Payable preferred; must have strong Microsoft Office skills.
