Job Description

This position provides support in the day to day business operations related to program management, including, but not limited to, schools, EAP, contracts, Recovery Works, DCS and probation for the assigned county. Candidate must have the ability to multitask and have proficient computer knowledge.

Assigned duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Program Management
    • Schools
      • Point of contact for school personnel relating to client scheduling, success, and communication
    • EAPs
      • Point of contact for school personnel relating to client scheduling, success, and communication
    • Contracts
      • Point of contact for school personnel relating to client scheduling, success, and communication
      • Responsible for managing and updating contracts annually or as stated in the contract
  • Recovery Works
    • Complete presumptive eligibility application for Recovery Works clients who do not have insurance
    • Assist with getting connected to a navigator to apply for insurance
    • Assist with tracking Recovery Works funds used for clients and notify appropriate staff when clients reach certain thresholds
  • DCS
    • Referral Management:  Receive, request, track, and enter referrals into Avatar
    • Scheduling:  Initial intakes, ongoing therapy, medication evals and checks, Psychological Consults/Testing
    • Medicaid Spreadsheet: Check portal, verify package info, and identify reasons for no package
    • Monthly Reports:  Assist DCSSMs with tracking, sorting, uploading to KidTraks
  • Probation Courts
    • Manage referrals from referral to completion
    • Point of contact for courts
    • Responsible for accounting and on-time delivery of needed reports

 

Job Requirements

Education:  High School Diploma or GED.

Certificate or Professional License: No certificates or professional license required.

Experience: Prefer one (1) year in an office environment.
