Job Description



It is the responsibility of the HRIS Systems Analyst to implement new systems, maintain existing systems, act as an advisor for system related decisions, train others, create education material, create basic reports, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and the company (or companies) which provide the services they support.


The Human Capital Management (HCM) department is the functional business unit for this position.  The HRIS Systems Analyst will support the HCM Systems and the associated database(s), software titles, and computer systems as well as any stakeholder using any aspect of the system(s).  It is their responsibility to keep things running smoothly for the HCM department by collaborating with Accounting, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure processes reflect the easiest, most efficient outcomes possible.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human Resource or related field OR 2+ years experience with HRIS systems or in the HCM field

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
