Job Description

The human resource coordinator performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas:

  • employee relations
  • benefits management
  • leave process and compensation functions

This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. 

This is a corporate position but will operate out of the Huntington Bowen Center location. 

Job Requirements

  • Education:  High school diploma required, bachelors preferred.

  • Certificate or Professional License: Prefer HRCI or SHRM HR certification

  • Experience: Prefer two (2) years in a the human resource field

    Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.

    Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
