The skills coach is responsible for providing case management and skill building services to an assigned caseload. The selected candidate may provide services at Bowen Center locations, in the community, and in client's homes. A caseload may consist of child/adolescent or adult population depending on the location and the need. Duties of this role may include:

  • Assist clients learn and develop new skills to improve functioning and independence
  • Ensure clients are linked with other needed healthcare providers
  • Ensure clients are addressing the goals that are important to them and/or their referral source
  • Participate in medical appointments with the organization’s medical staff
  • Ensure clients are making progress and are discharged at an appropriate amount of time
  • Transport clients as needed and appropriate to their care

 

$13.00 - $14.50/hour

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree is required, preferrably in a Human Services related field (Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Criminal Justice, etc.)

Must be 21 years of age.
