Job Description

As a Skills Technician, you will provide homemaking, case management and skill building services to the assigned caseload within Bowen Center's Harbours Transitional Living Facility. Skill building includes evidence based coping strategies, social skills, and developmental life skills according to clients' treatment plan needs. 

This is a 2nd shift position.  

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Ensure clients are addressing the goals that are important to them and/or their referral source
  • Ensure clients are making progress and are discharged within an appropriate time frame
  • Transport clients as needed and appropriate to their care

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must meet at least one of the following educational requirements: 
    • Associates Degree
    • 60 undergraduate college credits
    • High school diploma/GED with 5 years related experience
