Huntington County
Performs the duties of high fidelity wraparound facilitation in accordance with state expectations. Provides coordination of services/supports for families that qualify for Children’s Mental Health Initiative/Children’s Mental Health Wraparound and Money Follows the Person.
Other responsibilities include:
Education: Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field)
Training/Experience: Must have at least two (2) years working with seriously emotionally disturbed (SED) youth and their families.
Ability to work under both supervision as well as independently; be flexible, creative and accurate; communicate well at different levels, both verbally and in writing; interface in an appropriate and assertive manner with clients, families and staff as necessary.
